Step one

Start with the beginners course

If you are new to archery, you must first complete the four week beginners' course in order to be eligible to join the club.

The course teaches you the basics of archery including the all important safety rules. It will help you learn to assemble and disassemble your bow, and to shoot with the correct technique, safely.

It runs over four consecutive weeks, with times and days to be arranged. Each date is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours and each date needs to be attended. It is run at our indoor range at Redfern House, Hyde.

The cost of the course is £80. To apply for a place, use the contact form.

Equipment hire

Hire archery equipment for as long as you need, at a monthly cost of £20. The package includes the sole use of a bow, sights, stabiliser, arrows and a quiver. Nobody else will use it while you are hiring it.

As you develop, we can change the limbs on your bow for more powerful ones, until you are comfortable or wish to buy your own.
